Mumbai ki plastic Surgery

Here is a great opportunity for us to contribute to the society, Redfm is doing one activity “Mumbai ki plastic surgery “ with malishka on Morning No1 ..where Malishka is urging ppl to give away their ghar ka plastic and live plastic free this plastic will be sent to pune and it will converted to poly fuel which will be later used as an alternative for wood, plastic and kerosene in Remote areas of Maharashtra .

They will collect plastic on 4th April from
1) Vashi 10am - 12:30pm
sector 17 main circle

2) Chembur - 2pm- 4pm
opp Diamond garden

3) Wadala - 5 gardens
5-pm to 7pm

Why “On-Time Delivery” and “First-Time Right” Are the Wrong Metrics for R&D

In many Indian private-sector organizations today, Research & Development is evaluated using the same yardsticks as manufacturing, EPC execution, or software delivery. Metrics such as on-time delivery, first-time right, and schedule adherence dominate reviews, dashboards, and leadership discussions. At first glance, this seems reasonable. After all, discipline, predictability, and accountability are virtues. But when these metrics are applied unchanged to R&D, they quietly distort the very nature of research—often without anyone realizing it. The result is not faster innovation, but a slow erosion of genuine discovery. R&D Is Not Delayed Engineering True R&D exists to answer questions whose answers are not known in advance. If the outcome were predictable, it would not be research—it would be engineering execution. Research typically involves: Uncertain physics Incomplete models Scale-dependent effects Materials behaving differently under real conditions Eme...

Directed Energy Weapons: India Must Decide — Integrator or Technology Owner?

The global defense landscape is not just evolving. It is quietly reorganizing itself around a different axis. For decades, superiority was measured in visible quantities: 1. Missile range. 2. Payload mass. 3. Armor thickness. 4. Platform count. The logic was simple — more metal, more dominance. But that equation is beginning to shift. The next phase of military power will not be defined by heavier platforms. It will be defined by controlled energy. Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) are no longer experimental lab curiosities. They are steadily becoming serious strategic instruments — capable of reshaping air defense, counter-drone engagement, and high-precision response. The real question for India is not whether DEWs matter. The sharper question is: Will we assemble them — or will we architect them? The Oversimplification That Worries Me In many discussions, I hear the same phrase: “Just increase the laser power.” That sounds straightforward. It is not. Once you work close to ...

From 30 kW to 300 kW: What It Really Takes to Scale Directed Energy Weapons

The conversation around Directed Energy Weapons in India is becoming more serious. That is a positive sign. But many discussions still treat power scaling too casually. There is often an assumption that if a 30 kW system can be built, then a 300 kW system is simply the same machine with more modules, more power supply, and a larger cooling unit. In reality, that is not how high-energy systems evolve. Going from 30 kW to 300 kW is not a linear engineering exercise. It is a shift into a different class of physics, architecture, and systems complexity. That distinction matters. Because countries that misunderstand scaling may demonstrate prototypes. Countries that understand scaling build deterrence. Why 30 kW Is an Important Milestone A 30 kW class DEW system is already meaningful. At this level, useful capabilities begin to emerge: Counter-drone engagement Short-range neutralization of aerial threats Targeted disablement of sensors or exposed systems Tactical proof of conce...
